3. User Conduct

When using Ride Inc., you agree to:

• Treat drivers, riders, and other users with respect and courtesy.
• Not engage in illegal activities or use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Not damage or tamper with the app or services.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to pay for all rides booked through the app. Payment methods include:

• In-App Payments: Via credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet.
• Cash Payments: Directly to the driver at the end of the ride.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel a ride request before the driver reaches your pick-up location. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Driver and Vehicle Standards

All drivers on Ride Inc. must pass a background check and maintain their vehicles in compliance with our quality and safety standards. While we strive to ensure reliable service, Ride Inc. is not liable for any issues arising from the driver or vehicle’s condition.

6. Liability

Ride Inc. is a platform connecting drivers and passengers. We are not responsible for:

• Actions or conduct of drivers or passengers during the ride.
• Personal injuries, property damage, or other incidents that may occur while using our service.

Limitation of Liability:

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ride Inc. disclaims all liabilities arising from the use of our service.

7. Cancellation or Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Cancel any ride at our discretion if it violates our safety or ethical guidelines.

8. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts to users. These are subject to the following conditions:

• Promotions are non-transferable and must be used before the expiration date.
• Ride Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without notice.

9. Modifications to the Terms

Ride Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or email. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• You agree to first contact us to resolve the issue informally.
• If the issue cannot be resolved, it may be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal action relating to these Terms must be filed in the courts located in South Africa.
